Chocolate Covered Bacon

Variety is the spice of life, right? All the more reason to try this delicious combo of sweet and savoury.

INGREDIENTS:

500g Lynca Meats streaky bacon
2 cups dark chocolate chips
Coarse sea salt

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Bake the bacon until crispy. Drain the fat and allow to cool.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a bowl.
  4. Dip the bacon in the chocolate and top with sea salt. Set aside until the chocolate sets.
