Pineapple Pork Chops

Get a taste for tropical flavours with these refreshingly tangy Pineapple Pork Chops.

INGREDIENTS:

4 Lynca Meats pork chops
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup spring onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
2 teaspoons chives, chopped

METHOD:

  1. Mix the pineapple juice, soy sauce, and honey together.
  2. Add in the spring onion, chives and garlic. Season to taste.
  3. Marinate the pork chops with the marinade in the fridge for two hours.
  4. Drain the chops and braai over medium to low coals while basting with the leftover marinade.
