Pork and Noodle Soup

Feeling for something warm and comforting? This hearty Pork and Noodle Soup will hit the spot.

INGREDIENTS:

500g Lynca Meats pork loin, cubed
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tbsp oil
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups bok choy, chopped
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put oil in a pot and heat over medium-high heat. Add pork, garlic and ginger and fry until pork is brown.
  2. Stir in broth, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes. Stir in noodles and bok choy and simmer uncovered until noodles are tender.
