Pork Meatballs

Whether you make it ahead of time and freeze it or whip it up fresh, this is one of those dishes that you can’t get wrong.

INGREDIENTS:

1kg Lynca Meats ground pork
4 tbsp red onion
4 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients together and roll into balls.
  2. Place on a baking sheet until ready to cook.
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the meatballs. Fry until nicely browned.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake another 10 minutes until cooked through.
