Indulge in the full-bodied and spicy flavours of Thailand when you whip up this quick and easy dish.
500g Lynca Meats pork, minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp green curry paste
1 red onion, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp fish sauce
¼ cup cucumber, chopped
½ pack coriander, chopped
4 Little Gem lettuces, leaves separated
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the pork for 8 – 10 mins or until cooked through.
- Stir in the green curry paste, adding 2 tbsp water, then cook for another minute.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the lime juice, red onion and fish sauce.
- Spoon the pork into the lettuce leaves and garnish with cucumber and coriander.
